General Terms

By hiring my services, you agree to all aspects of this document. Please keep my personal style in mind when making a hiring decision, as I will not undertake any work in the style of another artist.

Payment

* Payment can be made in full immediately after hiring the service, or in two stages.

*If you choose the two-stage payment option, 50% of the total amount will be paid at the time of service hiring, and the remaining balance will be paid upon project delivery.

* Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the project and the addition of backgrounds and characters.

* Complex modifications after painting will incur extra costs.

* Refunds will not be accepted.* Payment methods:

Process and Deadlines

* Upon hiring the service, the client is responsible for sending all reference images before the start of the work.

*The client will be updated on the project's progress, which will be divided into 4 stages: sketch, base color, rendering, and finalization.

* The minimum delivery time is 15 days, which may be extended based on the project's complexity and the addition of backgrounds and characters.

* In cases of health issues, the deadline will be suspended for the period necessary for my recovery, maintaining my commitment to client communication.

Delivery

The artworks will be delivered in high resolution in .PNG or the format previously requested by the client, via Google Drive or email.

Cancellations/Refunds

For clients who opted for full payment, in case of project withdrawal, the right to a refund will be guaranteed under the following terms:- Up to 24 hours after hiring: 100% refund of the total amount.
- Up to 3 days after hiring: 75% refund of the total amount.
- Up to 7 days after hiring: 50% refund of the total amount.
- After 7 days of hiring: Refund requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.For clients who opted for two-stage payment, in case of project withdrawal, the right to a refund will be guaranteed under the following terms:- Up to 24 hours after hiring: 100% refund of the amount paid.
- Up to 3 days after hiring: 25% refund of the amount paid.
- After 3 days of hiring: Refund requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Limitations

*By hiring my services, the client agrees that they may not use the artwork without ensuring proper credit.

* The image may not be modified, nor may it be used to feed artificial intelligence databases.

In case of commercial use, this must be previously agreed upon at the beginning of the hiring process.

* Please be aware that I do not work with: scenarios, complex vehicles, and NSFW involving minors.

* Feel free to request the following types of art: SFW, NSFW, furry, fanart, OCs, gore, personal art, etc.
